Yarden Muscat is ready to enjoy. As it ages, the wine develops more pronounced

marmalade and dried apricot characters, with undertones of toasted nuts. We

recommend sipping along with desserts, such as lemon tart, crepes Suzette,

cheesecake or fresh peach shortcake.

The wine is made from Muscat of Alexandria grown in a single vineyard. Brandy, oak-aged at our winery for nine

months in French Limousin oak barrels, fortifies the fermentation, resulting in a

dessert wine relatively high in both alcohol and sweetness.

Tasting Notes: The Yarden Muscat offers up an aromatic blend of perfumed orange blossoms, ripe pears and apples and notes of marmalade, vanilla and spice. This dessert wine is sweet, yet elegant and drinkable. The complex, layered flavors lead to a nice long finish.
