Produced according to the European Community laws. No synthetic chemicals are used against parasites, or herbicides against noxious weeds. Only natural organic fertilizers are added to the soil.

Grapes: Sangiovese 80%, Canaiolo 10%,

Colorino 10%.

Vinification: maceration of the skins in the must of medium duration with a natural (wild yeast) fermentation at controlled low temperature without additions of either yeasts or enzymes.

Aging: the wine is bottled in the spring following harvest.

Color: ruby red.

Alcohol: 12-13% by vol.

Serving temperature: 16-18°C, 61-65°F
