Its light tartness, fine bead and fresh finish ensure the wine's immense drinkability.

While ready to drink, Yarden Blanc de Blancs will age gracefully for a few years following disgorging.  The wine makes a festive and welcome aperitif paired with canapés on the rich and/or salty side, such as fois gras or smoked salmon.  Yarden Blanc de Blancs’ subtle flavors also pair well with delicately flavored foods, such as tartar of tuna or lightly seasoned, gently grilled chicken breasts.  We also enjoy this wine along with fresh fruit, especially strawberries and raspberries.

Yarden Blanc de Blancs is made entirely from Chardonnay, strictly according to the traditional method, including hand-harvesting, whole-cluster pressing and secondary fermentation in the bottle.  This wine ages for a minimum of four years with the tirage yeast.
