This elegant, complex wine offers good structure with a long, satisfying finish.

Yarden Pinot Noir is ready to drink but will increase in complexity over a few years following the harvest and should remain in good shape for five to eight years.  We enjoy Yarden Pinot Noir with a wide range of foods, from pan-roasted salmon to smoky, grilled duck to rare rack of lamb, smothered in a mixture of fresh herbs.

The wine is made by grapes from a single vineyard. Aging for sixteen months in French oak barrels contributes to the overall volume and complexity of the wine.

Tasting Notes: The aromatic Yarden Pinot Noir displays an exotic blend of characters, including violets, fresh berries and crème de cassis with nuances of spice, earth, vanilla and oak.
