The Gamla Cabernet Sauvignon combines bright blackberry and cherry fruit notes with a hint of fresh herbs and an attractive layer of spice and chocolate.  The wine's body and finish are satisfyingly substantial.

While ready to drink and enjoy, the Gamla Cabernet continues to improve with a couple of years of aging.  We recommend drinking this wine within six to eight years of the harvest.

 

We enjoy Gamla Cabernet with robustly flavored foods, such as grilled hanger steak, spicy lamb sausages or eggplant parmesan.
