The Gamla Chardonnay exhibits bright citrus and apricot notes with nuances of fresh flowers, tropical fruit, oak, vanilla and spice.  The wine's medium body leads to a satisfying, fresh finish.

Gamla Chardonnay is ready to enjoy and will remain in good shape for 3-4 years following the harvest.  Gamla Chardonnay is quite versatile food-wise, and can accompany delicately flavored foods, such as lightly grilled striped bass to more intensely flavored foods, such as pan-roasted veal cutlets.
