The wine's body and finish are medium but satisfying. While ready to drink and enjoy, the Gamla Pinot Noir continues to improve with a couple of years of age.   

We enjoy this wine with lightly flavored foods, such as salmon or duck.

The wine is aged for 7 months in French oak barrels.
