Golan Sion Creek Red is best enjoyed within two years of the vintage.  We like this wine with a wide variety of foods.  You might give the wine a try with spicy Moroccan fish, a hot calzone, or some grilled duck sausages.

The Golan Sion Creek Red is a blend of five red grape varieties:  Sangiovese, Syrah, Gamay Noir, Pinot Noir and a touch of Napa Gamay. Each variety adds its own individual personality, resulting in a wine that is complex yet readily approachable.
