The Yarden Mount Hermon White shows off bright melon, grapefruit, floral and apple characters with hints of tropical fruit.  The wine is mouth-wateringly drinkable with a nice, fresh finish.

 

We like to open up a bottle of Mount Hermon White as friends come over and help with the last preparations for a good meal.  Fresh fish, a good vegetable soup or a perfectly roasted chicken all make good accompaniments.  Enjoy Mount Hermon white within a couple of years of the vintage.
