Grapes: Procanico (Trebbiano bianco) 55%, Verdello 25%, Grechetto, Drupeggio and Malvasia Bianca Toscana 20%. Finishing: the wine is stored in a cool cellar, 10-13°C (50-55°F), until it is bottled, usually before the following summer. Alcohol: 12% by volume. Serving Temperature: 10- 12°C, 50-54°F. |
