Grapes: Procanico (Trebbiano bianco) 55%, Verdello 25%, Grechetto, Drupeggio and Malvasia Bianca Toscana 20%.
Vinification: the must is immediately separated from the skins and grape stalks, then allowed to slowly ferment in temperature controlled tanks.

Finishing: the wine is stored in a cool cellar, 10-13°C (50-55°F), until it is bottled, usually before the following summer.
Color: straw yellow with green highlights.
Bouquet: fruity, complex.

Alcohol: 12% by volume.

Serving Temperature: 10- 12°C, 50-54°F.
Gastronomy: as an aperitif, with hors d'oeuvres and grilled or fried fish.

Tasting Notes: can be dry (without residual sugar) or abboccato (off-dry with a slight residual of 9-12 grams/liter). In both cases it is soft and lively with hints of berries.
